When preparing your shipment, we always make every effort to make it perfect and bring you lots of joy :) However, if anything on our part went wrong - we apologize. We will do everything to fix it as soon as possible :)
The following returns, exchanges and complaints procedure applies only to consumers within the meaning of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 134), i.e. persons purchasing products for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement is 14 days from the date on which you received the order.

You have the right to complain about the purchased product. To speed up the whole process:

- Download the returns form , print it and fill it out.
- Pack the product you wish to return in its original product packaging. Place it, along with your proof of purchase and the completed return form, in the box.
- Carefully secure the package so that it is not damaged during transport (e.g. with a plastic wrap, stretch foil or other protective paper).

- We reserve that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or sent to collection points (such as parcel lockers).
- If you send us a parcel via Poczta Polska, keep the proof of sending the parcel - in the event of its loss, this will be the basis for your complaint to Poczta Polska.
- After receiving the shipment, we will try to process the complaint as quickly as possible. In unforeseen cases, it may take up to 14 calendar days. Depending on the situation, the product will be exchanged or a refund will be made.
- In the event of a accepted complaint, the Customer will be reimbursed all costs incurred (including the cost of shipping the complained goods to us). The funds will be returned immediately to the account provided by you in the completed form
Complaints are not subject to:
- mechanical damage
- natural wear and tear of the product
- differences in appearance resulting from the individual parameters of the Customer's monitor - especially colors and their shades
